If a tax payer has filed his return digitally within 1st of May to 15th of May and have chosen the method of receiving the refund as mailed check then he can expect the refunds to be credited in between May 29 and June 11.If someone has filed the tax not by digitally but by manually then he or she can expect to get their refund until July 10. They have to wait for it.
This process is slow as compared to the digital filing. If a tax payer has filed his/her return in between May 16 and May 31 and have chosen for direct deposit method to receive the Refund then the IRS will sent the refund in to their respective account in between June 6 and June 19. If he/she has chosen the method of getting the refund via mail as in a form of check, the refunds will arrive between June 13 and June 26.If someone has filed the tax in between May 16 and May 31 not by digitally but by manually then he or she can expect to get their refund until July 11 to July 25.
Just remember that the timing is not constant, that can vary based on the accuracy of your return, whether you submitted all the necessary documents or not, and how quickly your bank is processing the payments.

As per IRS, the taxpayers have to wait for 24 hours who have filed their return digitally before checking their refund status. If you submitted your return manually then just wait four weeks before checking.
