The program was announced by the chief minister of the state Mr Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday, 28 August 2025. The Haryana Govt Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 was announced by the chief minister after completing the latest cabinet meeting in the state on Thursday. It will cover all the females in the state.
Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 Haryana Eligibility criteria
The department of women empowerment will manage the distribution of Haryana dindayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025. You need to check the certain eligibility criteria mentioned on the official website of the authority. The Haryana Govt Scheme is especially designed for female candidates in Haryana only. only female who are permanently living in Haryana state and have special domicile certificate and other proof of residency can apply in this program. The minimum age of the female should be at least 23 years old while applying for the Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025. However the maximum age is not fixed for the program.
There is no marriage criteria so married and unmarried individuals both can apply in the program. Apart from this divorced and separately living females are also able to apply for the program. It is important to have personal bank account as the payment will be transfer through direct deposit in bank account of the beneficiary only. If the female or the family member of the female are working in the Haryana state government or Central government or any other government agency in India then they will not be able to receive the benefit of the Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025.
If the beneficiary is already receiving the monthly pension from the government in any scheme then they will not able to receive the benefit of this program. The income criteria will also be included in this program. The entire eligibility criteria will release at the time of starting distribution of the payment from September 2025 onwards.

Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana Financial Assistance for Daughters
The department of finance of Haryana government has allotted a budget of 5000 crore rupees to implement the Lado Lakshmi Yojana in the state for the financial year of 2025 and 2026. Under the program, All The eligible females will receive a monthly financial assistance of 2100 rupees.
Documents Required for Lado Lakshmi Yojana Registration 2025
Female should ensure to manage the following documents to receive Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana benefits from September 2025:
- Aadhar card of the applicant
- Bank account passbook
- Haryana Parivar pahchan Patra ID
- Domicile certificate of Haryana state for living in the state for more than 15 years.
- Annual income certificate of the family of the applicant where they should earn less than 100000 to receive full benefits.
